Warranty Claims

If you have a warranty query please fill out the form below. Our warranty department will review and contact you within 7 working days. When sending photos, ensure that photos include both a detailed, zoomed in and the same area zoomed out. Please note: - if any of the information required is missing the claim will not be reviewed.

To continue improving our service and products, we require all faulty parts to be returned to us at Hardtops Australia, we offer the choice of these three options:-

1.      The product is returned to us, Hardtops Australia, for our engineers to remove the faulty part and fit with a new replacement.

2.      The faulty part is returned complete. Upon receipt of this, we will dispatch the new replacement unit.

3.      A deposit of $80.00 will be taken whereupon we will dispatch the replacement new unit.  When we are in receipt of the faulty part, the deposit will be reimbursed.


PLEASE ENSURE THE SERIAL NUMBER AND A PHOTO OF THAT SERIAL NUMBER IS INCLUDED OTHERWISE YOUR CLAIM WILL NOT BE REVIEWED.  (The serial number will be located either on the left-hand rear door pillar or on the right-hand side within the rear water channel, please see here for an example).

The cost of any goods sent back to Hardtops Australia will be at the expense of the sender.

Warranty does not apply to the following:

  • Abnormal or extreme off-road usage.
  • Abuse, accidental damage, misuse or negligence.
  • Driving with a rear door in an open position.
  • Modification to the product or it's components
  • Paint scuffing to vehicle caused by a canopy

Please note: Gel coat cracking, is a characteristic of fibreglass and is not cause for warranty returns.
